Beeswax: made by bees to make the honeycomb. Beeswax has been used since ancient times for skin care and wound care. It is occlusive and so seals in moisture.
Sweet Almond Oil: soothing, healing, lubricating, softening, revitalising and nourishing.
Grapeseed Oil: light oil that is easily absorbed. Contains vitamins, minerals, protein, GLA and some vitamin E.
Coconut Oil: supports tissue healing and repair; supports the natural chemical balance of the skin; softens skin and helps relieve dryness and flaking.
Olive Oil: a heavy warming oil rich in vitamins, minerals, proteins and essential fatty acids especially alpha linolenic acid.
Sesame Oil: light, easily absorbed oil, moisturises the skin. It is rich in vitamin E, protein, lecithin and minerals. It has a natural sunscreen effect of SPF4.

Black Pepper: chilblains, muscular aches and pains, cuts, wounds
Lavender: abscesses, acne, bruises, burns, dermatitis and eczema, wounds, a calming effect on headaches, migraine, insomnia
Lemongrass: muscular tonic, uplifts and refreshes
Lime: deodorant, astringent, eases inflammation, muscular tonic
Manuka: eczema, persistent wounds, fungal infections
Palmarosa: antiseptic & cell regenerator for acne, dermatitis, and general skincare, moisturising and soothing on dry skin
Peppermint: inflammation, dermatitis, skin infections, summer heat (cools skin), arthritis
Rosemary: rheumatism, gout, skincare, wounds, burns, skin infections
